RENTAL POLICIES
Reserving your apartment
To reserve a property, we require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
We have a brief rental agreement detailing the dates and rental amount
for your stay, that we ask you to sign and return to us. The apartment
is reserved for you upon receipt of your deposit and signed rental
agreement.
Booking and Security Deposit
Your deposit may be paid through certified bank check or direct wire transfer in euros. The balance of the rental amount is due not less than 3 weeks before check in. At the time of booking, we also ask for a 150€ security deposit fully refundable less damage, breakage or long distance telephone charges. Your damage deposit, or the balance, is refunded to you within a month after you check out. We do not accept credit card payment or payment in currencies other than the euro.

Check-in
We are a personalized service, and thus we try to accommodate
you as much as possible upon arrival. In most cases, you will be able
to check in to your apartment as soon as you arrive in Paris. We estimate it takes about 2 hours to get from the airport to our apartments, and we customize your check in time so you can come straight to the apartment, where we will greet you. We do ask our clients to restrict arrivals to daytime hours, with arrivals to the apartment no later than 9 pm.
Cancellation
In case you cancel your rental, or leave the apartment in advance of the date agreed upon, you will be responsible for the balance of the agreed rental amount unless we are able to find someone else to take the apartment.
