RENTAL POLICIES

RESERVING YOUR APARTMENT
To reserve a property, we require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. We have a brief rental agreement detailing the dates and rental amount for your stay, that we ask you to sign and return to us. The apartment is reserved for you upon receipt of your deposit and signed retal agreement.

BOOKING AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your deposit may be paid through personal check, wire transfer, and for some properties, through credit card. The balance of the rental amount is due  no less than 2 weeks before check in. At the time of booking, we also ask for a 200 € security deposit (the amount may vary according to apartment), fully refundable less any damage or breakage. Your damage deposit, or the balance, is refunded to you after you check out, within a month's time.

ALL OF THE LETS PARIS APARTMENTS ARE NO-SMOKING.

CHECK-IN
We are a personalized service, and thus we try to accommodate you as much as possible upon arrival. In most cases, you will be able to check in to your apartment as soon as you arrive in Paris. We estimate it takes about 2 hours to get from the airport to our apartments, and we customize your check in time so you can come straight to the apartment, where a LETS PARIS representative will greet you. We do ask our clients to restrict arrivals to daytime hours, with arrivals to the apartment no later than 9 pm.

CANCELLATION
If you must cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival date, we are happy to refund your deposit in full, minus a 50 € processing charge. In case you cancel your rental less than 60 days from the arrival date, or leave the apartment in advance of the date we have agreed on, you will be responsible for the balance of the entire rental amount we have agreed on, unless we can find someone else to take the apartment. So while we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a renter for the time allotted, and if so, then we will be able to refund your deposit in full, less the processing fee.
