WELCOME TO LETS PARIS!
LETS PARIS presents the apartments we own in Paris and Cassis. We have lived in Paris since April, 2001 and offer our apartments for short or longer term rental. They are all completely furnished and self-catering. Because we manage them ourselves, you deal directly with us, rather than a rental agent or other intermediary. Not only do you benefit from our personal service and commitment, but also, you realize an advantageous cost structure. We live in the same neighborhood in which our apartments are located and we are happy to assist you with local recommendations and more general tourist information.
We have personally equipped and furnished our apartments—you will find our own art, well-stocked bookshelves and the comfort and amenities that help you feel like you are in a friend’s home rather than a rental apartment. We want our guests to feel at ease and at home in our apartments.
From the first step in the booking process to the moment you arrive, you will be dealing with us. We live full-time in Paris and we speak both French and English. We will greet you on arrival, introduce you to “your” apartment and the neighborhood and answer questions you may have.
Whether you are visiting Paris for the first or the fifteenth time, for vacation, holiday or work, we encourage you to try the experience of living in a self-catering apartment rather than a cramped hotel room. We’re sure that you will be delighted to feel like a “real Parisian” in this enchanting city.
WHO WE ARE
Stephanie Freedman lived in Paris for 3 ½ years between 1990 and 1993. She chose the neighborhood known as “Nouvelle Athenes” which is the same neighborhood in which their apartments are located. Since 2001, she and Darrell Halverson have lived in Paris, on rue Pierre Fontaine facing the Moulin Rouge. After purchasing and renovating their own apartments, they created the business “Paris Real Estate Finders.com” to help non-residents purchase Paris apartments. Stephanie is a former corporate and real estate lawyer and Darrell a former physician and real estate investor. Stephanie is a fluent French speaker. Darrell speaks tennis French. Together, they look forward to welcoming you and sharing their adopted city with you.
